EARLY ACCESS / PRIVACY NOTICE
A clear request.
A limited purpose.
This notice covers the TDE early-access list, separately from a TDE product account. Notice version: early-access-2026-10-09.
Who handles your request
The operator responsible for this early-access list is Stanislav Pashkov. For a question or request about your information, contact TDE.
What the form saves
Your email address is required. Your role, tennis circuit and short planning challenge are optional. Please do not include health information, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information in your planning challenge.
We also save the request time, the version of this notice and a limited source label or campaign code when present. The form does not request a date of birth, a player account or payment information. An email address on this list has not been verified.
How the information is used
We use your email to manage your early-access request and contact you when testing invitations become available. Optional tennis context helps us understand interest and select relevant testing groups.
Joining the list does not create a product account, begin a subscription or sign you up for a newsletter. There is no automatic confirmation email in this version; a successful request is confirmed on the page. Joining does not guarantee immediate access.
Storage and access
TDE’s application is hosted on Vercel and uses Neon database infrastructure to save requests. The list is accessible only through authorized server operations. The existing founder console requires an explicitly authorized account and multi-factor authentication provided by Clerk.
There is currently no automatic expiry of early-access requests. You can ask us to remove your request through the TDE contact channel. Infrastructure logs and backups follow the relevant providers’ retention practices.
Abuse prevention and page measurements
The request service checks input and limits repeated attempts. Its rate-limit records use a rotating one-way keyed hash of a proxy-reported network address, a short time bucket and attempt count. They do not store the raw address or form text. These short-lived records expire and are removed when later submissions run cleanup.
If you choose to share anonymous page usage, TDE records limited interaction events, such as viewing this page, opening the form and a confirmed submission or failed attempt. These events contain only bounded technical labels and do not include your email, planning challenge, a full referring URL or an individual advertising profile. You can leave this optional choice off and still request early access.
Your choices and contact
You can leave the optional fields blank. To ask about the information we hold, correct it or request removal, contact TDE and identify the email address used for your request. We may need to check that the request is yours before acting on it. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
The product privacy policy covers the separate TDE account and application. The paid beta terms status concerns purchases; joining this list is free and makes no purchase.
